1. Digital Products and Services

TransGo provides digital services that are delivered immediately upon purchase.

2. Refund Eligibility

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can apply for an unconditional refund within 14 days.

3. Subscriptions

For subscription plans:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time.
  • Cancellation stops future billing.
  • Previously charged periods are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Refunds are processed via Paddle and may take several business days to appear on your statement.

5. Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms.
