TransGo provides digital services that are delivered immediately upon purchase.
2. Refund Eligibility
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can apply for an unconditional refund within 14 days.
3. Subscriptions
For subscription plans:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Cancellation stops future billing.
- Previously charged periods are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
